Shipping policy

To acquire the files displayed on the platform, it will be necessary to make a single payment for each order. The platform allows you to create a customer account, with the email address and password that the user chooses, to facilitate login and future purchases.
These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as reported in our personal data protection section contained in our privacy policies.
To make a purchase, the user must access a design and click on the "Add to cart" button and the system will automatically redirect him to the payment page. The system will connect with the payment gateway and will ask the user for their Credit or Debit card details.
After the payment is confirmed and the purchase confirmation page appeared, you will receive your order via email from us with the details of your purchase and a download link. From that moment you will be able to access the purchased file.
In the event that you are unable to access or download the item(s) you purchase or do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of your purchase order. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of your order, the items you purchased will be deemed received, downloaded and delivered.
