What will I receive after purchase?

You will receive digital files available for download immediately after your purchase, if it's an instant download. No physical items will be shipped.

When will I receive my personalized order?

Personalized digital designs are typically delivered within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Once completed, your files will be sent digitally.

Can I request revisions to my personalized design?

Yes. Minor revisions are included to ensure your design details are correct. Additional revisions or changes requested after final approval may incur an extra fee.

Can I edit the files?

Please check the ad description for editing information. Some files are editable, while others are provided as finished designs.

How do I access my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital download through the order confirmation page and/or a download link sent to your email.

I can't find my download. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot locate your download, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

What file formats are included?

The included file formats are listed in each product description. Depending on the item, files may be provided in PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other formats.

Do you offer refunds?
