Damages and issues

Please inspect your digital file upon receipt and contact us immediately if the file is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong file, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable files

Unfortunately, due to the nature of being digital files, certain file types cannot be returned, such as instant download files, or custom digital files. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific digital file.

* You can only request a refund if it is a custom design and if this file has not yet been designed or delivered, you can request the refund within 15 minutes of your purchase.

Exchanges

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to report the digital file you ordered, before it is produced, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new digital file, if the digital file already It is in the process of design, this cannot be interchanged.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of being digital files, refunds are not available, if you have a problem with your order, send me a message.
