Usage Permissions and Licenses

This shop can only grant usage permissions or licenses for illustrations, graphics, designs, and visual elements that have been originally created by us and that do not belong to registered trademarks, commercial characters, franchises, logos, protected names, or third-party intellectual property.

We do not grant usage permissions, commercial licenses, or copyrights for characters, brands, logos, names, images, or protected elements that belong to other companies, studios, authors, or rights holders.

For custom, themed, inspired, or fan art-style designs, the customer acknowledges that such designs are unofficial and that this shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by any brand or rights holder. The buyer is responsible for the final use of the purchased file, as it may only be used for personal use.

The usage permissions granted by this shop apply only to general designs, original illustrations, and our own graphic elements, as long as they do not include or depend on rights belonging to third parties.
